Compression springs made of flat wire - wound upright or flat to the spring axis - offer the advantage of greater energy absorption in the same space compared to round wire springs.

By choosing the profile and the spring dimensions, steep, flat and even progressive characteristics can be achieved.

We calculate the ideal profile for every application and roll all spring steel to customer-specific dimensions on our own rolling mills.
