The RÖHRS rolling mill

RÖHRS is one of the few manufacturers to have its own rolling mills.

Because we do not purchase finished special cross-sections from suppliers, but rather process the raw wire in our own rolling mill, we can react flexibly, without delay or delivery problems, to specific customer requests and supply technical springs that are precisely designed for the respective individual requirements and stresses.

In our rolling mill with four different rolling stands, we can produce an almost infinite number of cross-sections and individual wire dimensions from raw wire with a diameter of 0.5 to 15 mm. The material thickness, the degree of deformation and the strength of the material can also be influenced according to the respective requirements.

Thanks to this self-sufficient approach and continuous measurements, we have the material properties and the indispensable absolute accuracy of the products under 100 percent control at all times.
