Process of the dynamic test at RÖHRS

For dynamic testing, RÖHRS has servo-hydraulic and mechanical dynamic test benches as well as a test bench with an oven for testing at temperatures of up to 900 degrees Celsius.

Depending on the geometry of the test object, forces of up to 63 kN can be simulated at a repetition frequency of 0.5 Hz to 70 Hz. The tensile and compression testing machines for series and sample testing cover a force range from 0.04 N to 400,000 N. Due to our comprehensive testing options, tests at the customer's premises may be omitted.

The results of static and dynamic tests are shown in test reports. In this way, all relevant characteristics of the springs can be recorded and checked, and we achieve maximum precision and quality.
