Materials

We process all kinds of patented steel springs wires, chrome-silicon and valve spring wires, non-corrosion spring wires, stainless steels as well as special materials such as Inconel, Nimonic, Hastelloy, Titanium and other special spring steels (ERCO) in sizes from 0.3 – 16 mm. All materials are processed as round or flat wire with square or trapezoidal profiles.

The calculated spring wire profiles are produced on our in-house rolling mills, ensuring fast delivery, high flexibility and the optimum wire quality in terms of profile geometry and edge finishing.

We apply our know-how and knowledge of materials already in the planning and design stage in order to achieve an optimum combination of product quality and cost effectiveness.For maximum dynamic and static spring durability and corrosion protection, we have introduced innovatively designed and patented manufacturing processes.

At the same time, our customers benefit from all known options for thermal processing, surface treatment and finishing.
