Fire Tubes

Our range of production concerning burner and fire tubes contains more than 500 different types. We are working with highly heat-proof (up to 1150°C) and high-precision steel tubes, sheets and plates, highly resistant to oxidizing and deoxidizing sulfurous gases. We are also using unalloyed steel sheets/plates and rust-resistant and acid-resistant steel sheets/plates. We ensure closest tolerances.
We deliver parts for all areas of application and are able to realize every possible deformation with all kinds of materials.

With our state-of-the-art spinning machines we realize up to six individual production steps in the deformation process of high-precision steel tubes in just one single setting.

This guarantees the highest quality at lowest production time. Due to our robot controlled welding machines we constantly provide the same high quality relating to all of our welded parts.
We manufacture according to our customer’s individual specifications for all areas of application in high and low volumes. We also deliver special models upon request.
